At Go Roam Supply Co., we want you to be fully equipped for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your journey, we've made the resolution process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the gear remains in resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
